The administration for Ruarl Education and Youth Aliyah has traditionally put at the center of the it's focus the values of contribution to the country, its people and its the landscape, while empowering the students and maximizing their learning potential and upholding the Jewish tradition.  Our unique holistic approach is based on creating meaningful relationships between educators and young people which is crucial when dealing with uprooted youth in at risk situations and the integration of newcomers – immigrants from various countries.
